To All of Our Patients,
For the past 40 1/2 years we have had the honor of providing our community with optimum dental care. You have helped make those years enjoyable and rewarding, however, it is with mixed emotions that we are announcing our retirement from practicing dentistry. We will certainly miss seeing you as patients and as friends, but are excited to help move the practice forward!
You are probably wondering “Who is going to continue my dental care?”. We want to assure you that continuation of the best possible care was foremost in our minds. All of our incredible team will remain here for you. Our Dental Hygienists, Sue, Diane, Kim & Janet will continue their excellence in your continuing care appointments. Our Dental Assistants, Natalia and Joanna will be there with you if any treatment should be required. Jeannie and Carla will still handle all of your appointments, insurance and billing.
As you can imagine, finding the right dentist to succeed us was of the upmost importance. After interviewing many candidates, we have found the perfect fit! It is with much excitement, enthusiasm, confidence and trust that we welcome two brothers, Drs. Jonathan and Louis Asimakopoulos to assume the leadership of the practice effective July 1, 2020. Dr. Jon is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and Dr. Louis is a graduate of Midwestern University - College of Dental Medicine, Downers Grove, IL. Dr. Louis also completed a one-year Advanced Education Residency in General Dentistry at UCLA. In our discussions together we came to realize that we all share the same desire and emphasis to provide quality dentistry in a preventive oriented practice. We have always practiced with the principle that we would only do treatment that we would want for ourselves or a family member and Dr. Jon and Dr. Louis proudly share that same philosophy.
We would like to extend our personal thanks to you for your trust, loyalty and confidence in our practice over the years. It has been our great pleasure and privilege to be your dentist and dental hygienist. Many of you were more than patients, but friends who we looked forward to seeing at each visit and getting updates on what was new in your life and family. Although I will not be providing dental treatment, you may see me around the office the next few months to assist Drs. Jon and Louis in the transition process. We encourage you to have trust in them as they are gifted dentists and we are very grateful for their assistance in continuing the quality of care that you deserve. You have our best wishes for your future health and happiness.
